How does it work?
Drop in for 30 minutes any time between 10am to 2pm on Saturday, March 9. We will have our fabulous volunteer coaches on hand, and they will take you onto the ice to show you how to throw a rock.
This event is FREE to all ages 7+.
Bring with you clean indoor shoes, and dress in warm, comfortable clothing. We have all the other equipment you may need, and you can use it for free.
Note: Head protection is required for participants under the age of 14, and recommended for everyone.
The best option for head protection is a helmet designed for cold weather sport - but any helmet is better than none.
